Notice Regarding COVID-19

Hello all! May 19, 2020 has arrived and I’m looking forward to seeing everyone again. I wanted to update everyone with what to expect as we move forward. I will be employing extra measures to keep all of us safe. These include:

  • I will need to do a comprehensive cleaning and disinfecting protocol between every appointment. As such, I will need to be a bit more careful sticking to the clock than usual.
  • Some screening questions have been added to the booking process through Coconut Calendar. If you may be a heightened risk for COVID, we will want to book you when it is safe to do so.
  • There will be a couple of extra forms that will be required to be signed by all clients prior to each appointment. Download the Client COVID-19 Questionnaire [PDF] and print, fill out, and bring with you to your appointment. I will also have some available for those that are less technology friendly!
  • To reduce contact between clients, please wait to enter until a few minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  • I will be wearing a procedural mask and safety glasses for all appointments.
  • I will be changing my shirt and pants between each appointment to avoid transmission from clothing.
  • There will be cloth masks provided for clients to wear for your appointment. Each mask will go straight into a provided laundry basket and laundered on the hottest setting.
  • Clients will be required to sanitize their hands upon coming in the door with the provided sanitizer.
  • As a new contactless payment option, clients can choose to pre-pay by e-transfer.
